These containers work very nicely, and seem to be as airtight as advertised. I put them in my dishwasher, and they came out very clean. I like the size of them, and really wouldn’t mind having one a bit bigger. The lids close very well and the “number dial” on top that allow you to note the date you sealed them is a real plus. The other side of the dial showing the numbers 1-12 regulate the air pressure, I think, but there wasn’t anything in the instructions indicating exactly what that is for. They stack very well.
