Every authentic OWKAR Handheld Vacuum Sealer, Glass Vacuum Container Set, and electronic accessory comes backed by our comprehensive 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original retail purchase.

2. What Is Covered Under Warranty

This warranty protects against functional defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including:

Vacuum sealer internal motor, battery, and pump mechanism failures.
Charging port, USB-C circuit defects, and electronic power toggles.
Glass vacuum container structural defects and food-grade silicone silicone valve seals.
Factory defects resulting in air pressure loss during sealing operations.

3. What Is Not Covered

To ensure fairness and long-term service, the following exceptions are excluded from standard warranty coverage:

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or accidental drops/cracks after delivery.
Damage caused by improper cleaning, liquid submersion of non-waterproof motor units, or unauthorized repairs.
Single-use consumable vacuum bags or products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.
